Educational practice is an act of kindness, and thus schools are a place in which every child, teacher, and employee should experience a sense of value, visibility, and success; a place which constantly works to improve teaching and learning, and is recognized for its educational practice. As educators we need to be humble, in awe of the task, and have faith that we can do good.
