Changing the education system and the social services in Israel, especially the Arab sector, by placing great emphasis on creating optimal conditions for the proper development of children and adults, and for individuals’ participation in forming communities and in influencing the nature of society and the state. Educational change in education will lead to social change, resulting in a more aware, critical, and active Israeli society.
