As an educator: Listening closely to children and orienting myself to them in a way that will reveal and give expression to their talents, so that they can eventually see how their efforts bring success. As a principal: Being a partner in building a Jewish and democratic State of Israel, a place that not only provides for the continued existence of the Jewish people, but marks a high point in its development. While the road may be laden with conflicts, we can’t give up on the tensions that exist, but instead should accept them and unify them.
