Activity to improve education must combine three perspectives: (a) The classroom perspective: How to create meaningful teaching for meaningful learning? (b) The system perspective: What school set-up is required in order to support this meaningful teaching, and how can the Ministry of Education help create these kinds of supportive set-ups? (c) The social perspective: How does social context affect what happens in school, and how can the school influence social context?
