Environmental Zionism – Developing and promoting the communities and settlements in Ramat Hanegev while conserving environmental resources and values, as well as making the area’s Bedouin population into residents of the regional council, part of the social fabric of the region. Continuing to reinforce settlement in the Negev by developing independent means of production, for the benefit of individuals and in order to strengthen the social-community resilience of residents and communities.
